Door Alarm Recommendations

Does someone know of a switch and siren that is weather proof that they've had good experience with? I need something that I can set up in an area that is somewhat exposed to the elements. I'll be wiring it in a way where an off/on switch would be in a hidden location so I don't need something with a delay, thinking of something like this switch that trips the siren. Also if it is something that once tripped doesn't turn off until disabled all the better. Wouldn't want them to be able to just close the door and have it turn off.

I'm also open to suggestions but to make a long story short we had a robbery last night of a building on our property that is a distance from the house. Since it is a rental we aren't going to do a ton of improvements and we don't have an outside dog (we're limited to one dog) so we just need something that will get our inside dog barking and/or me awake.

Thank you but I can't use motion detection as there are animals in the building in question. Go figure, we can have livestock but not have more than one dog ;)

Remote monitor the outside entry area. The interior animals cannot trip this alarm.
